Vision quest: inquiry as we emerge from COVID pandemic

Hi from Seattle. Hope this note finds you well.

I'm offering this free coaching for you to explore how you want to emerge from the pandemic.

The nature of conversation coaching may be unfamiliar, so I thought I'd share the main focus is listening to you and giving my advice monster the day off. Most of our lives are spent listening to react, and I like slowing down and helping other people listen to yourself with the gift of presence. ( A great primer for coaching is Stanier's 'The Coaching Habit." )

Resources for this work together:

Answer these questions and reply with your answers. Then we will set up time on my calendar to connect on the phone, zoom or walk and talk with trees at Green Lake.

1. Who are you?

2. Where are you based?

3. What are you up to?

4. What is one thing from the pandemic we're emerging from you are grateful for?

5. What are you learning you are attached to?

6. What are you willing to let go of?

7. What crossroads are you experiencing?

8. What do you want to be doing in 6 months? What are your dreams?

Begin with the end in mind.

Where do you want to be in 6 months? Here is an exercise as if you are looking back on the next 6 months.

It is October 2021 and you are out celebrating with friends.

A friend walks up and asks "Why are you so happy?" You smile and tell them what obstacles you overcame, your success (as you define it.)

Please email your answers to me @ Tim.Trees.Transformation@gmail.com

If you have any questions, feel free to text me @ 206 271 3490 if you are under 30, or call the same number if you are over 30. ;)

Structure of our time together:

I welcome you to walk and talk around Green Lake. We meet at Retreat Cafe and walk the lake.

Or I set up a call with you and we can talk one on one.

Hope this is useful. The work is offered as community service to build trust and peace in the world, help you connect with what's most important for you.

Peace of wild life

Timothy
